Why choose me?

Your Partner in Strength, Recovery, and Peak Performance

With over a decade of experience in sports performance and medicine, I specialise in helping athletes achieve their peak potential. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning, combining academic expertise with practical experience.

I’ve worked with elite motorsport drivers across British GT, GT Open, World GT Challenge, World Endurance Championship, and the McLaren Trophy, gaining a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of high-performance athletes. My experience spans senior roles at top football clubs, including Ipswich Town FC, Colchester United, Woking FC, and Boreham Wood FC, as well as coaching Olympic-level athletes like Sophie McKinna.

As the founder of Performance4Sport, a thriving clinic and performance company that has supported thousands of clients over seven years, I offer a holistic approach to athlete development.

From injury prevention and rehabilitation to long-term athlete development, nutrition, and motivational coaching, my mission is to empower athletes to perform at their best, whatever their sport.

Top Frequently asked Questions

1. Who is the training for?

Absolutely anyone. Whether an elite athlete, regular gym-goer or a complete newbie this programme can be used by you. The aim is to support anyone who wants to build general strength, avoid injury and create progression by a structure plan in the gym.

2. Do I need previous S&C experience?

Nope! Our program, though varied and S&C specific, is designed for all levels. The P4S coaches are always on hand through the TrainHeroic app to help advise modify and specify programs when needed.

3. Can I join at any time?

Yes. Though training blocks are designed to last specific period, my plans are designed to easy to pick up at any point.

4. What if I need help during the programme?

You can contact me directly through the TrainHeroic App or you can just WhatsApp me. You can ask for help, advise, tips, questions on technique or how to modify exercise based on your equipment or gym space.

5. How often is the programme updated?

Your programme is updated every week, though we follow 6–12-week training blocks, so sometimes programmes are uploaded in advance to help with progressive training and structure.

6. Are the programme easy to follow?

Yes! All my programmes are designed to be easy to pick up. The trainheroic app also adds extra ease with video demonstrations and access to coaching staff via the app massaging service. However, I’m more than happy to be contacted by Whatsapp.

7. What does the Sports Injury Rehab include?

This package includes a complete assessment of your injury or condition, treatment (if needed) and the first 2-4 weeks on your rehabilitation plan

8. How many times per week should I train?

The programme always has 3 x training sessions per week updated. The more you can train the better, but the programme is designed to suit you, around your schedule and your goals.

9. How many treatment or rehabilitation sessions do I need?

The most challenging aspect of your recovery is often determining the best course of action. While weekly check-ins might not be necessary, I recommend a monthly review. This schedule allows us to effectively monitor the progress of your rehabilitation plan while providing you with ample time to focus on your recovery. Meeting every four weeks ensures that your plan remains on track and helps you achieve your goals and return to the activities you enjoy.

10. What's the process after I purchase a strength and conditioning plan?

After you purchase one of the three different S&C options, your registered email will me sent over to me and my team. From there, you'll receive an email from me including information on the steps going forward, and I'll contact you within
